The Direct Bill Analyst, Property & Casualty, plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing Direct Bill Insurance/Brokerage commission and billing procedures.

Your Impact:

Retrieve or collect direct commission statements from each carrierEnsure that commission payments are received and correctly posted under the appropriate carrierMaintain and update the monthly commission reconciliationsResearch billing issues to identify incorrect postings or missing paymentsCommunicate outcomes to carriers or branch offices as needed on banking information and reconcile carrier commission statementsKnowledge of AMS360, WorkSmart (Image Right), and Smartsheet

Successful Candidate Will Have:

Experience with insurance accountingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and TeamsKnowledge of AMS360, WorkSmart, ImageRight and SmartsheetWillingness to work overtime as neededThis position is remote; however, minimal travel may be required for training, meetings, and other collaborative activities. Overtime may be required during peak times and month end activities.

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $55,000.00 - $65,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
