Immediate hiring of Direct Care Staff for the Carlsbad area, CA. Experience working in supported living, adult day programs, or working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a plus!

We offer flexible scheduling options, as well as on-call opportunities. We provide individuals we serve with Direct Care Services in the comfort of their own homes - not in a facility.

Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required. 

     Shift #1- Part-Time - 15hrs per week
                     Monday-Wednesday 4pm-9pm

     Shift #2 - Part-Time - 18hrs per week
                    Thursday-Saturday 4pm-9pm

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
