***PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY***

 

Are you passionate about mental health and looking for some extra income? This part-time clinician role may be the perfect fit for you! This rewarding opportunity provides direct care on Saturdays from 3:00 to 11:30 p.m. at our housing site in Fairview Heights, IL.

 

This role will provide client-centered and client-driven services in client homes (group setting) that will focus on community support in apartment, conflict resolution, symptom management, group services/outings, and more. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping individuals in need.

Responsibilities Provide client-centered services: assessment, therapy, community support, and medication management.Use evidence-based practices for skill development and facilitate individual, roommate, family, and group therapy.Connect clients with additional clinical resources.Assume a leadership role with minimal guidance and oversight.Promote the recovery model: trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, and 6 months of peer or social service experience; ORCRSS or CPRS certification; ORBachelor’s degree and CADC certification; ORMaster’s degree.Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and must be insurable.Basic computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records.
