Set up, adjust and operate various manual lathes, mills, drill presses and grinders to produce parts to the required tolerances. Responsibilities: Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerancesResponsible for the quality of the parts they produce and perform first-piece inspection, as well as subsequent inspections, to ensure overall qualityResponsible for taking care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and neatFollow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding Qualifications and Requirements: Possess and be able to use micrometers and dial calipers to ensure the quality of the parts being produce. Must be equipped with all required tools to perform the functions of the jobSufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reportsPhysical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting up to 30 lbs.Sufficient visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines and inspect partsSufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly   Benefits and Perks: $29.23 per hourNew Hire incentive bonus of $1000 in 3 paymentsExceptional Benefits – Health, dental, vision401K plan up to 7% company contribution Your New Organization:An American company that designs, manufactures, and sells electrical and electronic products for non-residential and residential construction, industrial, and utility applications. Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
