[Areas of Responsibility]

Maintain records of goods ordered and received Vendors / contracts management including system update (SAP, ARIBA, eAuction etc…) Price/catalogue management Market Study / trend update

 

[Expected Results]

Suppliers’ management: price negotiation, financial, delivery and other purchasing work Market research: report market trend & cost System update / eAuction & catalogue managements: ARIBA, SAP etc… Managing goods ordered and received Other operational work including cooperating with overseas

 

[Required Skills and Qualification]

Good written and speaking in English, capable to communicate with global vision Good knowledge of purchasing tasks and supplier market evolution Excel, MS Office 3+ years of experience preferred
