About the Role

The Direct Sales Bancassurance Sales Executive (DS-BSE) strives to offer product solutions on financial needs of BPI and non-BPI customers from BPI Direct Sales Acquisition activities to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and critical metrics.

Promote and maintain the reputation of both BPI and AIA PH.Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell our identified BPI AIA products to the bank’s customer base.Establish, maintain, and grow our relationship with (1) partners, (2) employees of client companies, (3) bank officers, and staff they will be working with or assigned to generate bancassurance leads and bancassurance business. The span of integrity should expand to the entire BPI AIA team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI.Liaise between our customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.Submit required reports on time.Provide timely field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect our bancassurance business.Report and meet weekly with DS Bancassurance Area Manager for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate supervisor for the purposes of our business.
