Retail Distribution – Mortgage Relationship Management

Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Direct Sales Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Plan and direct mortgage sales activities to grow the Bank's mortgage business and other WPB productsGenerate sales leads from estate agencies, solicitor firms and property developers for primary and secondary property markets
Assist District Lead to coach and guide team members to handle mortgage application documents and submit them for credit assessment based on the Bank's mortgage guidelines and policies
Monitor sales process to ensure sales activities are compliant with the Bank's policies procedures
Participate in the selling and promoting of mortgage loans products, as well as cross-selling other financial products and services to our customers through the Bank's distribution channels
Keep abreast of latest development of the mortgage business and recommend corresponding business strategies as appropriate
Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies/ guideline
