As a direct care professional, with 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers a higher level of individualized care. Residential staff design house-specific routines, chores, and activities that support an individual's growth and development.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. QualificationsJob Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or olderDrivers license required.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or High-school diploma with relevant human services experience required. Academic studies in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, and education are highly desirable.Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employmentMust be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM.Schedule:
First 2 weeks, paid orientation: M-F 8-4pmFollowing orientation, PT schedule: Wednesday & Sunday 11pm-9am (20 hr/week)
