Paragon Community Services provides day services for adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
Be part of a reliable, caring team that provides direct care and supervision to participants in an Adult Day Service with intellectual and developmental disabilitiesStrive to maximize personal growth, self-esteem, and happiness in every participantProvide greater independence and improve the lives of the people we serveProvide direct care and supervision for participants with disabilities related to activities, outings, personal cares, lunch, and transportationContribute to the overall health, safety, and welfare of those we serveEnsure focus on person centered goalsComplete essential paperworkBenefits:
