We support children and adults with complex medical and behavioral needs. **Full-Time Positions Available:** **- Work-Life Balance:** Enjoy an average of 203 days off per year with a 3-day work week or 152 days off per year with a 4-day work week. _12-13 hour shifts._ **- Premium Pay:** Earn 1.5 times the base wage for weekend hours. **- Base Wage Range:** $18.25-$19.50 per hour. **Schedule options include:** - Base wage of $17.75: + Sun, Mon, Tues + Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed - Base wage of $18.25: + Wed, Fri, Sat + Thurs, Fri, Sat **About Hills & Dales** Hills and Dales is a non-profit dedicated to building meaningful lives for people with disabilities.
