Our Community Day Habilitation Direct Support Professionals have the opportunity of providing person-centered services to adults with intellectual and\/or developmental disabilities all while being able to explore, experience and discover what our community has to offer. Within this position, primary roles and responsibilities would include providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they work to reach their goals and fullest potential.\n

Ideal Candidate(s):\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid NYS driver's license, reliable vehicle (to be used while providing Community Habilitation Services).\nHas a passion for working with and creating positive, impactful relationships in the lives of the people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.\nExhibits positive approaches that provide encouragement, mentoring and instruction resulting in effectively achieving and maintaining independence and integration within the community.\n\n
