Direct Support Professional w/ Med Support - Pinetree Overview Requisition Number: 7820 Date Posted: 2/14/2025 Location: Pinetree A&B City: Patterson Category: Direct Support Description The Direct Support Professional w/Med Support (DSP w/Med Support) is responsible for the health, safety and welfare of participants residing in The Arc Mid-Hudson residences. Their primary focus is to ensure that the medical needs of assigned residents are met, under direction of the Residential Coordinator (RC) and house nurse (RN). He/she is responsible for communicating all medical needs and information in a timely manner to the RC and RN. Occupying a peaceful bucolic setting, Pinetree A/B is home to four vibrant women with varying interests and talents that complement each other and the staff who support them. The ladies are actively involved in setting goals toward a more meaningful and independent life while enjoying their community and various activities such as arts and crafts, theater, dining out and bowling.
