**As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to be part** **of the team below:**
Featuring a portfolio of top-tier streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Hotstar, Disney DTC is the premium entertainment destination that connects viewers to the great stories of The Walt Disney Company and more.
This role will assist in supporting Executive reporting and ad-hoc analytics, accessing subscriber behavior and its impacts on P&L. This role involves working with complex data, simplifying insights and presenting results to leadership, while gaining insight to FP&A processes and Hulu in particular.
Program Dates: Approximately **June 2025** through **August 2025**
**What You Will Do**
+ Assess operational questions around subscriber behavior and impact to P&L
+ Research and simplify insights from complex data
+ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), project modeling and variance analysis
+ Ad hoc requests and reporting for your team and Senior Executives
+ Presenting findings to leadership
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a major or emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or other quantitative field
+ Strong analytical skills and interest in the entertainment industry
+ Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
+ A proactive, self-directed approach and the ability to learn quickly
+ Ability to work well in teams, both within the group and with other business units
+ Maturity to handle sensitive and highly confidential information
**Education**
+ Current Junior or Rising Senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
**Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:**
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
+ Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Possess unrestricted work authorization
**Additional Information**
+ Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
+ This internship is a primarily on-site position.
+ Must be able to provide own housing and reliable transportation for work in the New York City, New York or Santa Monica, CA
The pay rate for this role in New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA is $22 per hour.
