**Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Direct-to-Consumer Operations Specialist with a focus on vendor services to support the daily operations of business. This role will contribute to business growth by managing relationships with key e-commerce and affiliate sales partners. This role will be part of the DTC Operations team.
**Required Skills:**
Direct To Consumer Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Manage and support daily operations of the e-commerce platform with a focus on vendor services
2. Manage the budgeting, invoicing, and contract renewal processes for vendors, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions, and maintaining relationships with external partners
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment and effective communication with vendors
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in vendor interactions
5. Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining a high-quality customer experience
6. Work with the data analytics team to track key performance indicators related to vendor services
7. Participate in fostering operational rigor, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement in vendor management
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or related experience
9. 3+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer partnerships or marketing, with specific experience in managing e-commerce and affiliates
10. Experience in improving operational efficiency and customer experience through effective vendor management
11. Analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Demonstrated communication skills
13. Experience with adapting to changing priorities
**Public Compensation:**
$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
