**Summary:**
Meta Reality Labs is looking for a highly talented Direct to Consumer Sales Manager focused on driving the performance of our Metaverse products globally. Reporting to the Global Director of DTC Sales, this role will lead all related sales activity for Metaverse products across three regions (NAM, EMEA & APAC). The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Partner Enablement, Order Operations, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, and other cross functional teams to optimize our opportunity and drive sales results.
**Required Skills:**
Direct To Consumer Sales Manager, Metaverse Responsibilities:
1. Drive performance of our Metaverse products across all Direct-to-Consumer surfaces globally.
2. Create and present DTC channel specific strategy to executives and internal stakeholders to align resources and achieve mutual goals
3. Build and grow relationships with cross functional teams and other channel leaders to drive DTC channel goals as well as cross channel alignment
4. Seek out data, provide insights, and deliver insight that drives the growth of our DTC sales
5. Define and manage an annual business plan for Metaverse products across key activities to be carried out each quarter.
6. Partner with cross-functional peers in Partner Enablement, Order Operations, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, Finance etc. to optimize our DTC business
7. Own forecast planning inputs with Demand Planning, catalog management for our digital surfaces, and promotional plan of record for the DTC channel.
8. Review sell out data to identify new opportunities within existing business with a focus on driving gap to target closer for the Metaverse product assortment
9. Provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of commercial and competitive information
10. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets

11. Knowledge of the VR market, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
12. Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans
13. BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field
14. 8+ years of experience in online sales experience
15. Experience managing digital products with global scope
16. Experience managing workload within fast paced timeframes

**Public Compensation:**
$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
