About the Role:
It’s an exciting time to join the direct wealth go-to-market (GTM) team as the Direct Wealth business has ambitious growth plans. As a Direct Wealth Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, bringing our consumer wealth products to life through innovative campaigns and marketing activities. Working with the centres of excellence, you’ll deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns that achieve our commercial and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to reporting.
Identify new opportunities to test and learn, evolving our approach and strategy across all marketing, data, and digital channels.
Develop clear and logical delivery plans for key initiatives and establish commercial OKRs.
Collaborate with the centres of excellence customer science team to embed data-led decision-making.
Manage marketing assets through the financial promotion approval process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in regular stand-ups and planning sessions within the agile squad, with ownership of backlog items identified through sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of campaign initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
Passion and enthusiasm for marketing excellence
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
Strong commercial acumen and application of key marketing metrics
Experience working in a fast-paced global or FTSE organisation
Proven track record of managing integrated direct campaigns
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary – National Circa £35,000 / London Circa £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
