Votre mission En tant que DirecteurDirectrice EHS et Sûreté, vous serez chargé(e) de : Développer la stratégie EHS en alignement avec la vision du site et du groupe GSK. Piloter le système de management EHS, santé et sûreté pour garantir : La sécurité des biens et des personnes (hors sécurité informatique et pharmaceutique). La protection de l’environnement. L’hygiène industrielle et le respect des réglementations en vigueur. Encourager une culture EHS proactive, en assurant la conformité des activités du site aux normes internes et externes. Assurer le bien-être des collaborateurs et leur montée en compétences, tout en promouvant les valeurs du groupe. Gérer la performance globale de votre département en respectant les engagements clients et les objectifs budgétaires. Vos responsabilités principales Qualité, Environnement, Hygiène & Sécurité (QEHS) Veiller à la conformité réglementaire dans tous les domaines EHS. Développer des tableaux de bord pour analyser et améliorer la performance EHS. Assurer l’application des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) et des standards qualité. Gestion des équipes et performance Manager une équipe directe de 10 à 15 personnes et indirecte de 15 à 20 personnes. Favoriser l’apprentissage et le développement des collaborateurs via le coaching et le mentoring. Élaborer et piloter le budget annuel de 3 M€. Collaboration stratégique Participer aux initiatives globales de GSK en matière de sécurité et d’amélioration continue. Être l’interlocuteur principal auprès des autorités locales et partenaires sociaux (DREAL, DIRECCTE, services de secours, etc.). Gestion des risques et crises Identifier et suivre les risques EHS en lien avec le processus de gestion des risques du site. Définir et coordonner les processus de gestion de crise et d’urgence. Profil recherché Formation et expérience Bac+5 en EHS, sûreté et management d’équipe. Minimum 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en EHS, sûreté ou secteur industriel, idéalement dans le domaine pharmaceutique. Expérience avérée en gestion d’équipes (>20 personnes) et de budgets significatifs (>1 M€). Compétences clés Leadership d’influence et culture Lean. Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes complexes et en négociation. Anglais courant requis. Qualifications supplémentaires Solide connaissance des réglementations ICPE, de la santé au travail et des normes environnementales.
