Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des plans d'affaires et gérer les opérations pour atteindre les principaux objectifs commerciaux.Assurer un leadership efficace, motiver le personnel et être responsable de l'embauche des employés et de l'évaluation des performances.Assurer l'encadrement des compétences techniques et professionnelles de votre équipe et faciliter l'apprentissage continu en élaborant des plans de développement solides pour vos employés.Développer, recommander et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de gestion et d'organisation pour soutenir les stratégies de l'entreprise, y compris les changements de structure organisationnelle et les améliorations des processus/technologies.Agir en tant que consultant et conseiller sur les questions par rapport aux sinistres, telles que la détermination de la responsabilité, l'interprétation des polices et la négociation des règlements pour aider à résoudre les problèmes liés aux sinistres.Assurer la liaison avec d'autres experts en sinistres sur des questions techniques et administratives.Entretenir des relations d'affaires respectueuses avec les vendeurs, les fournisseurs de services, les cabinets d'avocats et les groupes de clients internes.


Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience Permis d’expert en sinistrePlus de 10 années d’expérience en assurance, dont minimum 5 ans en gestion d’équipes (préférablement expérience de gestion à distance)Fort leadership Habileté de gestion de projets et de gestion du changement Habileté à établir des relations fondées sur la confiance et la collaborationHabileté à partager la vision de l’entrepriseAvoir une forte tolérance au stressBon esprit d’analyse, de synthèse et de décisionsPouvoir susciter l’engagement et la mobilisation de son équipeExcellente capacité de travailler en équipe et de créer des relations interpersonnelles durablesBilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
