**Description**
As the Director, Account Lead, you will shape the future of luxury retail for TOM FORD BEAUTY and BALMAIN BEAUTY across Macy’s Inc, Dillard’s, ULTA, and independent accounts. Reporting to the VP of Account Management, you will enhance both in-store and online brand experiences. Leading a dynamic team, you will ensure flawless execution and exceptional consumer experiences in the luxury fragrance and make-up market.
Your Mission: Strategy, Luxury Execution, and Seamless Integration
Lead Luxury Account Strategy:
+ As the point person for our top accounts including Macy’s Inc (Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Blue Mercury), Dillard’s, ULTA, you’ll develop and execute tailored strategies that speak directly to new and existing consumers.
+ From strategic assortments to elevated in-store activations, you’ll ensure that our brands maintains its position as a leader in the luxury space while growing market share across existing and emerging partners.
Refine Retailer Dynamics:
+ Utilize your expertise in the luxury retail landscape to manage relationships with high-profile partners and understand their unique needs.
+ You’ll leverage your insights into local market nuances, competitor activity, and consumer behaviors to develop bespoke assortment and experiences that set our brand apart.
Craft the Ultimate Omni-Channel Experience:
+ Collaborate with the R.com team to integrate brick-and-mortar locations and retailer.com, ensuring a unified, high-touch experience for customers both online and in-store.
Curate Flawless Marketing Campaigns:
+ Partner with Marketing to craft retailer campaigns that emphasize our NPL and hero unique propositions.
+ You’ll oversee the creation of high-impact co-op campaigns, ensuring that all content (in-store, digital, social) maintains the highest standards of creativity and resonates with our consumers.
Inspire Collaboration and Relationships:
+ Building trust-based relationships with retail partners is key to your success.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the brands' vision and ensure a luxury-grade experience in every retail interaction.
Elevate In-Store Presence:
+ Ensure our brand's visual presence is impeccable across all channels.
+ Drive the execution of merchandising, outposts, OOH ads, and other branded materials to elevate and refine every customer experience.
Financial Stewardship:
+ Maximizing ROI with a Luxury Lens
Own P&L for Luxury Accounts:
+ Participate in the LE process and manage account financial health, balancing A&P and demo investments with sales targets.
+ Maximize ROI through retail sales, co-op campaigns, and promotional investments.
+ Oversee P&L items and spending to meet monthly targets and shape execution at retailers.
Strategic Forecasting & Planning:
+ Use market insights and luxury trends to forecast sales and estimate future product demand.
+ Negotiate seasonal stock and sales plans with your planner.
+ Align with internal teams and retail partners to ensure proper stock and marketing support.
+ Participate in monthly IEP and liaise with demand and supply teams for efficiencies.
Luxury Focused Negotiation:
+ Negotiate seasonal stock and luxury investment plans with retailers, optimizing visual merchandising, demo talent, and promo support.
+ Regularly review account P&L with senior management to optimize margins, identify growth opportunities, and ensure profitability while maintaining luxury positioning.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years in prestige beauty/fragrance account management or sales/retail business development.
+ Strategic thinker with a clear strategy for TOM FORD BEAUTY and BALMAIN BEAUTY.
+ Proven relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, and financial ability.
+ Extensive business experience, financial skills, and analytical thinking.
+ Drives monthly sales plans and key financial metrics.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Strong project management with attention to detail.
+ Domestic travel within the US required.
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan. In addition,
