To help us drive market share with retail partners in North America, M·A·C is adding a Director, Account Management to its corporate NY team. This critical role will achieve and/or exceed the company sales and profit plan for the mid-tier portfolio of retailers, with a heightened focus on Ulta, driving market share growth for MAC. In addition to sell-in and sell-thru responsibilities, this role will need to be in synch with the brand, Ulta and the North America Region, as well as lead the planning and execution. The Director, Account Lead, will collaborate with the Sales Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Demand Planning & Supply Chain teams. ACCOUNTABILITIES: + Leads development of strategies for Ulta, Ulta.com.& Target + Maintain highly intense relationships with Ulta & Ulta Target to make sales plans and to develop their business strategies. + Plan and execute advertising strategies, with primary objective to recruit new consumers. + Plan and execute customer retention strategies using appropriate mediums to include direct mail, digital marketing, and more. •Execution of advertising strategies involves close collaboration with Marketing and Sales Planning teams. + Plan and execute delivery of the visual calendar hand in hand with the Marketing and Visual Merchandising team. + Keep current on competitive activity and make appropriate determinations. + Lead the strategic direction of leveraging Consumer Insights tool, retailer customer transaction data, for maximum understanding and application across the brand team. + Plan, implement, control, and deliver annual Retail Sales & Net sales plans stock + store budgets working with and through direct reports. + Coordinate all collateral and sample programs for Ulta. + Manage space and location, along with capital investment for counters and testers **Qualifications** QUALIFICATIONS: + 8+ years of relevant experience in sales/account management + SMC/ULTA experience + Field experience/Account Management both sell-in and sell-through + Programming experience + Experiencing leading and managing a team (development, hiring, performance management, etc.) + Strong negotiations skills + Demonstrated talent for consistent positive sales results + Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas. + The ability to collaborate and achieve consensus with other groups + Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
