About the Role
Formulate and implement a strategic vision for digital innovation and data analytics within the agency. This role is pivotal in driving agency behavior, enhancing agent engagement, and achieving assigned business goals through advanced digital strategies, technology adoption, and data-driven insights.Roles and Responsibilities:
Agency Digital Roadmap
Strategic Formulation : Develop and execute the agency’s digital strategy to drive behavior, build leading indicators, and meet business objectives.Innovation Leadership : Formulate a long-term digital innovation strategy focused on productivity, quality recruitment, training efficiency, and operational excellence.Roadmap Implementation : Oversee the execution of the agency digitalization roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Agent-Centric Approach : Lead transformation initiatives and collaborate with business units to create a long-term, agent-centric digital roadmap.Change Management : Facilitate change management by enhancing team knowledge and application of new digital technologies.Data and Technology Adoption
Analytics Development : Build data modeling frameworks to provide personalized insights to improve daily performance and agent behavior analytics.Technology Scaling : Source and implement cutting-edge technology and digital capabilities through partnerships with insurtech companies.Behavior Monitoring : Analyze agent behavior through big data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance agent strategies.Stakeholder Engagement : Enable dialogue around the value of analytics, ensuring business stakeholders can easily apply data-driven decisions.Data-driven business initiatives implementation: Lead the team to leverage data analytics to formulate and implement end-to-end solutions to drive and improve business core KPIs with strong collaboration with stakeholdersAgent Engagement Strategies
Engagement Maximization : Formulate and drive digital agent engagement strategies to enhance productivity and retention.User Experience Oversight : Lead discussions on creative and business ideation while managing the agent-facing portal, leveraging UX design best practices.Collaboration with Stakeholders : Ensure strong collaboration with internal teams and project managers to deliver on agency requirements effectively.Agency Process Optimization and Transformation
Oversee the portfolio of process optimization and transformation initiatives as well as define business impact/benefits through quantitative KPIs for on-going tracking and reporting to senior management.Review internal manual processes along the agency value chain and identify gaps to improve efficiency through automation and/or transformation through digitalization. Closely engagement with GABDD colleagues to understand their existing pain points and be the digital SME to support and/or initiate changes through digital projects or process re-engineering and simplification to enhance their daily performance and efficiency.Compliance and Training
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all security controls, operational risk management, and regulatory requirements.Staff Development : Mentor and develop downline staff through on-the-job training and coaching, focusing on productivity in reporting and tech usage. Ensure team members engaged in regulated activities have the necessary licenses and meet licensing requirements.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and technology adoption within the insurance or financial services industry.Strong understanding of agency operations, agent behavior analytics and agency communication.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in large scale of statistical analysis and predictive modelling.Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, as well as experience with AI and emerging technologies.Excellent leadership, manage projects, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced enviromentOthers:
