The anticipated starting salary range for Philadelphia-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $115,000/yr. to $130,000/yr.
Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

As we build our portfolio of GenAI capabilities at Audacy, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Director, AI Initiatives.
Responsibilities What You'll Do:Program Oversight and Management: Manage a portfolio of Generative AI projects, ensuring efficient delivery across multiple initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Process and Governance Implementation: Design and implement technical processes for data management, model deployment, quality control, release processes, and ongoing asset lifecycle management.Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and publish clear and concise documentation for Generative AI assets and processes in an enterprise knowledge hub, ensuring easy access for all stakeholders.Stakeholder Reporting: Organize updates, status reports, value delivery assessments, and scorecards to demonstrate the delivery of value from GenAI initiatives to Audacy stakeholders, including occasional executive-level summaries.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to establish and enforce best practices, asset governance policies, and efficient project delivery.Educational Programs: Develop and deliver educational programs to internal stakeholders and employees on Generative AI best practices, value propositions, use cases, risks, and limitations.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, promoting the effective use of Generative AI across the organization.Industry Insights Participation: Participate in industry events and meetings to gather insights externally and share learnings internally. Required/Preferred:
Broadcast and Digital Media Experience: Knowledge of the broadcast and digital media business is highly preferred.Program Management Expertise: Proven experience (minimum 6-10 years) in managing multiple technology-driven projects, ideally within a broadcast or consumer-oriented digital media business.Organizational Leadership: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to create, manage, and continuously improve complex project management and asset systems.Technical Process Knowledge: Experience in designing and implementing processes and workflows for managing technical assets and technology projects. Familiarity with data science, advanced analytics, and Generative AI concepts is highly preferred.Stakeholder Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value and report key findings effectively to stakeholders, including occasional interaction with executive-level stakeholders.Dynamic Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing ambiguity, and learning quickly.Leading through Influence: Experience leading change in a large organization with geographically distributed teams, especially in situations where influence and the ability to convince others to follow best practices are critical.Self-Motivation and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in both technical work and project documentation.
