What You Will Do
• Develop a cohesive AI product strategy with a comprehensive execution plan, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Link AI product strategy to build plans, leveraging a centralized strategy with decentralized execution to ensure scalability and agility.
• Create and drive go-to-market plans for AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional business teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enterprise priorities.
• Lead change management efforts in partnership with human resources to ensure smooth adoption of AI-driven initiatives across the organization.
• Advocate for AI literacy and organizational readiness to integrate AI into day-to-day operations effectively.
• Define and track key performance indicators in collaboration with finance, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable return-on-investment and value realization across business functions.
• Shape the external narrative and public relations strategy for AI in close partnership with the communications team, positioning the company as a leader in responsible and impactful AI adoption.
• Partner with business functions, information technology, data science, and product teams to align on AI priorities, foster collaboration, and drive execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, effectively communicating AI opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
• Lead a team in support of achieving the company’s mission. Manage performance and foster an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 8+ years of experience in developing and influencing enterprise technology strategy
• 5 years of experience managing AI solution development and implementation
• 5 years of experience in AI or related technologies
• 5 years of direct team leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or related field (or equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in a large matrixed, retail organization
• Experience working with large AI technology partners on AI focused efforts
