Director, Americas Go-to-Market Management, Unified Support
The Microsoft Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving rigor to accelerate business results for Microsoft and its customers. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.     We're looking to hire a Director, Americas Go-to-Market Management (GTMM), Unified Support to develop and drive the strategy for the Americas Unified Support business, architecting how the Americas teams best attach Unified Support to Azure, Modern Work and Biz Apps deals. Microsoft Unified Support is our customer success offering to help customers realize the value of their Microsoft technology investments through engaging Microsoft architects to drive implementation, onboarding, and optimization of their solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with the Worldwide Unified Support team to develop and implement the product offering roadmap and continue to evolve the Unified Delivery catalog, as well as ensure the business has a clear value proposition to enable sales and delivery. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** **Advocate for the Business** + **Lead Product Strategy** for the future of Unified Support across Americas, inclusive of cross-Solution Area GTM optimization, ensuring product positioning is tailored to the Americas Solution + Support strategy and business needs + **Partner with other CSA (Commercial Solution Areas)** on integrated GTM motions, ensuring a strong Solution + Support strategy and execution plan are activated across the Americas + **Represent and advocate for Americas Unified Business** with Worldwide CE&S, ensuring the Unified Offerings catalog meet the needs of the Americas markets **Lead GTM & Marketing Continuous Improvement** + **Lead Go-To-Market Planning** , including fiscal planning, integrating into broader SE&O GTM planning motions, customer journey mapping and lifecycle management, prioritized end-to-end acquisition and retention strategies to algin customer needs to business outcomes + **Develop, amplify and optimize Americas Unified Bill of Materials,** inclusive of value proposition, product positioning, messaging and supporting collateral to enable a cohesive sales + delivery lifecycle + **Partner with peers, stakeholders and field teams** to ensure best practices, customer insights and learnings are continuously implemented in strategy, flowing through to sales, creating an enablement lifecycle + **Partner with Americas Central Marketing Org (CMO)** to develop and scale digital signals to further lead generation and retention, tapping into partner Solution Area digital demand signals to target higher propensity customers **Other** + Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture) **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications**   + 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience. + 7+ years of enterprise experience with ANY combination of the following: create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans; build, develop, and execute sales enablement strategy; drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; end-to-end customer journey, competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product roadmaps; develop insights from market research; or related. + 5+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization. **Additional** **or Preferred Qualifications**   + 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field + OR equivalent experience. + 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization. + Experience driving portfolio solutions or brokering partnerships, with proven results driving mutually beneficial usage/consumption/renewals + Experience working with others to remove blockers and accelerate sales pipeline. + Understanding of Microsoft Cloud platform, or other public cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS technologies and how they translate into business impact.  Versed in cloud migration and modernization.   + Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud and datacenter infrastructure competitor landscape including AWS and GCP  + Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs  Field Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.
