This leadership role oversees the Data Ops and Core Data Services team focused on all activities related to Foundational technology behind the Data Warehouse/Hub, Analytics tools development, configuration management, data cloud application services, and orchestration. The role is also responsible for product management and support team and collaborating with hospital leaders and Infrastructure teams to understand the technology, infrastructure, and security landscape to help create an impactful data foundation and ensure the delivery and performance of business solutions. This role must possess a skilled relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration with proven leadership and teamwork abilities, able to manage priorities and drive results. The Leader in this role should be well aware of Healthcare Provider Cloud Data Frameworks. DataOps tools and technologies and Cloud Data Platform Services and solutions.
**Job Description:**
+ Understands the current technology landscape (technology stack, products, people, etc.) and aligns with the Software Engineering team on a forward-looking, short, and long-term product strategic vision and plan.
+ Designs and architects the Cloud Framework and foundational architecture, Cloud Subscription for data, and manages and makes sure the cloud environment has the right level of security and firewall protection to store PHI-level data for the enterprise.
+ Leads initiatives to define, design, and implement DevOps solutions: Roadmap, reference architectures, tools recommendations, practices, and processes.
+ Owns and oversees the governance framework related to DevOps group's work. Help lead team in continuous automation and improvement of processes.
+ Provides assistance and collaboration to other teams, ensuring that all technologies and teams work effectively together to implement and improve products and processes.
+ Develops strong partnerships with partners and third-party vendors in developing and maintaining service level agreements, ongoing management of service level compliance, and assisting in driving the support knowledge base.
+ Prioritizes projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking of commitments.
+ Guides the team to make sound operations decisions while improving stability, reliability, and security.
+ Establishes an environment that stimulates innovation and creativity and maximizes patient and provider experience.
+ Builds on the culture of inclusivity and growth through coaching, career management, and mentorship; Hires, trains, and develops talent for growth opportunities; monitors team/individual morale and engagement to maintain highly effective and collaborative environments; drives the talent strategy and best practices across the team.
+ Has the authority to direct and support managers with functional area responsibilities. Has the direct responsibility to undertake the following employment actions: hiring, termination, corrective action, and performance reviews. Direct Reports: 2-3 Indirect Reports: 11-20
+ Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budgets in functional areas of the department.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ More than 10 years of related work experience and 5-8 years of supervisory/management experience are required.
+ Experience in DevOps tooling and automation.
+ Experience in product development and support.
+ Experience in a healthcare setting.
+ Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional areas and related systems.
