Assets Protection (AP) teams' function to keep our guests, team and brand safe and secure and lead through crisis events. They protect profitable sales by mitigating shortage risks, preventing, investigating, and resolving theft and fraud to ensure products are available for our guest.
The Director of Asset Protection Data Analytics will lead a team of analysts and product owners who work across product, engineering, operations, and strategy teams to deliver insights, analysis, and reporting to support various critical functions at Headquarters (HQ), Supply Chain and in Stores. Bachelor's degree in applied mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other related quantitative field7+ years of experience developing Business Intelligence (BI), Data Science solutions including analysis, design, testing and report developmentAbility to work and lead an agile, engaged, and effective teamInfluential - able to engage and negotiate with business leaders and teamsInquisitive on BI and Big Data technology – current on tools utilized in Data Science and AnalyticsGood understanding of data structures and the design of algorithmsGood understanding of mathematical concepts and ability to grasp complex mathematicsAbility to perform work in-person and travel as needed.Preferred Qualifications:
