Job DescriptionThe Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.
As a high performing APAC team, we’re looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player across our marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth, new opportunities, and be jointly accountable for revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business growth.
Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability, and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
We are looking for someone who wants to develop and transform performance of Marketing tactics to optimize, build and mature pipeline whilst mentoring the marketing team in APAC.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing operations strategies that align with overall business objectives.Develop and transform the performance of Marketing activities to build, accelerate and close pipeline while mentoring the marketing team in APAC to do the same.Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in partnership with APAC Marketing Business Director and Marketing VP, specifically driving the implementation of budget, planning, forecasting and pipeline management and performance measurement tools (technical and executional).Accurately forecast, measure, analyse and report:on the impact of APAC marketing in terms of agreed KPIs/ OKRs and general commerce, aligned to standard sales models (i.e. pipeline stages, cycle length, net new revenue growth, targeted account engagement and growth, indirect revenue growth, customer lifetime value, and advocacy).to business leaders all marketing program results, investments and commensurate returns, with actionable, meaningful insights (including outliers and their management)Drive periodical (annual, half-yearly, quarterly) financial planning and budget management (including expenditure) to optimize investment and returns against the defined annual plan.Drive the annual and ongoing planning process across all aspects of the Global Marketing Organisation for APAC.Deliver data and actionable insights that inform Quarterly Business Reviews (within marketing and externally) bringing APAC Marketing Leadership together to focus on individual and shared performance and improvement opportunities.Lead a small regional team covering various responsibilities including forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, and contact acquisition programs.Liaise regularly with Field Marketing, Global MOps, Global Programs, Strategy & Ops, and Sales teams to ensure they have business context, understand the results, and get access to program results analysis.Partner with APAC GEO Field Marketing leadership to deliver key marketing insights and effectively communicate the business impact of marketing activities.Collaborate closely with all GTM, Sales, Partner, and Operations teams to gather insights and develop strategies to accelerate business growth.Prepare and input strategic insights into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality, and audience insights.Support marketing leader to set annual team goals, drive progress, and measure outcomes.Manage and influence globally and regionally to ensure budget sufficiency, optimal region allocation, and effective management systems.Create templates for marketers to use for forecasting.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Commerce, MBA preferred) and 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in high-tech marketing to various industries.Demonstrable success in dynamic and complex environments, with a proven ability to rally teams and influence at all levels to drive business outcomes.Ability to think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a firm focus on execution within deadlines.Experience and proven success in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing marketing teams.Excellent, prescriptive communication and “storytelling” to deliver information equally (all forms) to senior sales and marketing leaders, those beginning their professional journey, and everyone in between.Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Comfort in working with a variety of people from different parts of the business, including, but not limited to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and more.Demonstrable passion, inspiration and coaching of individuals and teams to build lasting organizational capability across the organization.Keen understanding of SaaS markets, business models, and buyer personae.Data-driven, experience with AI and analytics using CRM and/or marketing automation software.
