Responsibilities

Work with Leadership Team to understand their vision and future prospects for the company in terms of new solutions/services to be provided and platform enhancement; Provide Platform and framework recommendations and path toward adoption so as to Align IT strategies communication path between leadership and team members, and articulate vision and roadmap from the business and product leaders to engineers.

Work with Leadership Team to understand their vision and future prospects for the company in terms of new solutions/services to be provided and platform enhancement; Provide Platform and framework recommendations and path toward adoption so as to Align IT strategies communication path between leadership and team members, and articulate vision and roadmap from the business and product leaders to engineers                                                                             Lead and mentor a team of IT Managers and Leads (onsite/offshore);Work towards process and architecture improvements, system reliability/monitoring, identify technical debts, prioritize and resolve, compliance towards SOX and other privacy standards, evaluate cloud and/or hybrid technologies; and grow along with team members (mind setting and hands on work); andManage and coordinate hardware and software resources in order to make sure applications run optimally and within the defined SLA (Service Level Agreements). Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered on in any occupation which includes the required experience and skills. Experience must include:

5 years of experience in software development with at least two (2) years in managerial and leadership capacity with a proven track record of engineering management; inclination to coach, mentor and motivate; and strong abilities to lead and develop a broad group of IT resources — technical and business focused;  5 years of experience working in Agile environment with host of frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum or FDD (Feature Driven Development). Strong orientation towards product/application development keeping organization vision and roadmap in mind, prioritizing user centric perspective. Able to provide strategic vision and direction for IT department, identifying technical debts and working towards a scalable, reliable and state of art software platform                         3 years of experience in Enterprise grade application architecture and implementation utilizing any of the middleware technologies such as RabbitMQ / AmazonMQ / IBMMQ / Kafka, best practices and hands on integrating with 3rd party vendor solutions using File-based (EDI, JSON) and/or API's; 3 years of experience working with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) utilizing different kind of API implementations such as REST / SOAP / GraphQL / Microservices, building and developing using frameworks such as WCF, WebAPI, ASP.NET, Java/J2EE, NodeJS. Working knowledge in API administration tools such as WSO2 / Kong / Mulesoft or others;3 years of experience and implementation of at least one full life cycle project of interactive web/mobile based application utilizing tools such as HTML5 / React / AngularJS / JavaScript. Deep understanding of core OOPS, system design concepts and programming languages such as C# / Java or similar;                                        3 years of experience in project management and tracking tools such as Jira / confluence, design tools such as Miro / Visio, hands on and equipped with troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with various continuous integration tools such as Jenkins / Bamboo / Octopus / Docker / Kubernetes and deployment best practices in on-prem and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). • Base Salary:$208,936

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Additional Requirements • Travel Requirements

• SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Will supervise 8 employees.
• JOB LOCATION: Employer's HQ is located in Greenwich, CT. However, candidate may work from home (WFH) office located anywhere in the U.S.
