Role Responsibilities:
•\tDevelop and execute local marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, sponsorships, market research, etc., ensuring all initiatives are both locally relevant and in alignment with country, regional and cross functional priorities
•\tBuild and execute consumer, customer and merchant activities/promotions in the areas of card issuance; cardholder activation, usage and loyalty programs
•\tApplication and customization of marketing assets (consumer intelligence, brand, sponsorships and partnerships) to develop valued and differentiating programs
•\tCollecting and analyzing market data as well as conducting specific market researches in order to put forward an insight led activities proposals
•\tDevelops metrics and specifications to track campaigns & activities program performance, measures program performance, and makes recommendations based on results
•\tWork closely with creative, media, digital, activation & research agencies. This includes briefing, development & securing all necessary approvals of all projects.
•\tSupervises marketing team, ensures compliance to goal setting and performance appraisal processes, identifies and coaches top talent within own team
•\tManage marketing budget including preparing monthly and annual budget forecasts; set control procedures; ensure full compliance with Mastercard rules & policies
Skills and Experience
•\tDemonstrated success in building integrated marketing plans that leveraged synergies between marketing channels
•\tDemonstrated ability in establishing collaborative relationships with partners, agencies and cross functional counterparts and representing the voice of the local market
•\tExtensive experience and demonstrated success in consumer marketing, with additional experience in B2B, B2B2C and/or sponsorship Marketing
•\tExperience in supervising, coaching, and motivating marketing teams
•\tAbility to navigate a matrixed organization with multiple internal stakeholder groups.
