Director, Artificial Intelligence - Hybrid Requisition Id: 377755 Business Unit: Corporate Location: Boston, MA, US, 02111 **What you’ll need to succeed as a Director, Artificial Intelligence at XPO:** Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience + 7 years of data science, operations research and/or software engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models. + 5+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams. + Strong technical background and deep understanding of Machine Learning with practical experience in building and implementing large-scale predictive models and recommendation systems. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners and customers with data insights and expertise. + Proficient in AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python), with experience in building and deploying AI models for end-to-end AI/ML solutions. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery and strong partnerships + Define global AI & Gen AI vision, product, technical strategy, and framework.
