Principal Responsibilities
Lead ALM hedging Strategy through derivatives hedging methodologySupport group insurance hedging frameworkResponsible for developing risk hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate, liquidity, equity and credit risksPerform cashflow projection and stress test to better understand liquidity risk of different investment initiatives on the balance sheetManage projects and coordinate teams in the implementation of ALM initiativesResponsible for ALM risk management information (MI), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), effectiveness of hedging strategy monitoringOversee the local business hedging framework and implementation of hedging strategyOversee the ALM model governance required by Group Model Risk policySome careers have more impact than others.
