Join Teva as a Director, Automation and Technology Lead for Data Management, overseeing all technology-related aspects supporting clinical data systems and processes. This role encompasses centralized monitoring and system build programming. You will lead the development of innovative data visualization tools, patient profile reports, and digital solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities include transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced visualizations and reporting, fostering organizational intelligence, and empowering teams with impactful, technology-driven solutions for efficient data management and analytics.

How you’ll spend your day Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to a variety of stakeholders. Design and build smart reports and automated analytics to streamline data analysis and reporting processes. Champion digital initiatives that leverage data to improve efficiency, optimize operations, and drive business growth. Explore and evaluate new data management systems and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the DM Operations Strategy Lead to develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and department leaders, to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. Stay abreast of emerging technology and data management trends while recommending strategic adoption and implementation within the organization. Your experience and qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field; Master's degree - preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in data management and analytics Proven experience in developing and implementing data visualization tools and dashboards Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices Experience with data warehousing, data mining, and reporting tools Experience with AI and/or machine learning - an advantage Working knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to data management Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines  Strong computer literate skills  Fluency in English  Role location

West Chester, PA - ideally or Parsippany, NJ

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel with overnight stays, as necessary, travel as needed by business requirements.
