Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious Director of Mobile B2B Marketing who will lead the Integrated Marketing Communication strategy and execution for Samsung Mobile Experience, across Smartphones, PC’s, Tablets, Audio, Smartwatches, and Content & Services for the US B2B market.
The Director, B2B Product Marketing will lead a team to develop the marketing strategy including B2B vertical solutions targeting, positioning, product insights, and launch communications strategy. You will lead the planning process for your categories including Go-To-Market plans for all product launches, always-on marketing, and key activation windows.
The Director, B2B Product Marketing is expected to drive revenue, profit, and market share growth for the Mobile Experience B2B business. As a strategic thought leader, you will be the voice of our partners and customers and provide thought leadership to help set and drive the business objectives. You will also be the main point of contact with the Global Marketing Team, Executive Teams, and Direct Touch Partner Teams providing input and alignment on GTM planning including external partner communications and awareness, industry engagement tactics, and product solutions alignment and focus.
Lead and provide end-to-end oversight for all B2B marketing activity to ensure alignment to overall strategy with flawless execution.Development of GTM strategy for all product launch customer engagement strategies.Responsible for day-to-day budget management and reporting to the Finance Team.Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals, including goal setting, individual development planning, performance management, and career paths.Leading all elements of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans, spanning from awareness, consideration, and conversion with direct oversight of Paid and Owned Channels, planning strategy, design, execution, and measurement. IMC activities will support both product launches and other key communications windows.Lead the agency partners and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative and flawless execution across multiple channels, which may include: Digital, Social, CRM, e-commerce, Partnerships, Influencers, and PR.Lead campaign post-audits to identify key learnings and measure effectiveness against defined and aligned KPIs.Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.12+ years of relevant experience leading B2B marketing strategy and execution, experience in the Tech, Electronics, or durable goods business is required.Experience with commercial technologies or consumer electronics.Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations.Deep understanding of Consumer/Shopper/Category data and ability to translate into actionable plans.Proven performance in developing and executing strategies that deliver wins for the consumer, the customer, and the company.Understanding of marketing performance by channel and ability to provide clear objectives and success measures linked to the overall business objectives.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
