This role is more than plan administration—it’s about designing and delivering a modern, inclusive, and competitive benefits experience that meets the needs of a dynamic workforce. You’ll lead a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders to shape programs that reflect our values and fuel our growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategy, design, and execution of all U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), wellness, and voluntary offerings.Champion associate education and engagement through clear, compelling communication strategies that drive awareness and utilization.Manage, mentor, and develop a team of benefits professionals focused on innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.Evaluate and evolve programs using benchmarking, associate feedback, and data insights to ensure competitiveness, equity, and relevance.Oversee annual planning cycles, open enrollment, and new program launches with a focus on seamless execution and high engagement.Own vendor relationships, budget management, and plan administration with an eye toward quality, compliance, and cost optimization.Advance our wellness and well-being strategy, creating holistic programs that support physical, mental, and financial health.Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements.Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A integration, system enhancements, and the rollout of new benefits platforms or tools.

What You BringBachelor’s degree required.7–10+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits, including strategic leadership and team management.Deep expertise in 401(k), health & welfare, wellness, and benefits communications.Experience transitioning from fully-insured to self-funded medical plans is strongly preferred.Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and analytical skills.A passion for associate well-being and a belief in benefits as a strategic differentiator.Comfort with emerging technologies and AI tools to enhance benefits delivery and insights.
