Director, Benefits & Leave

We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to join us as Director, Global Benefits. In this role, you'll design, implement, and manage global benefits and leave programs that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company strategy.

Leading a global team, you'll shape our approach to employee well-being, partnering with senior leaders to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions that attract, engage and retain top talent. You will report to our Sr. Director, Total Rewards and this is a remote eligible position.

You Will:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the global benefits and leave function, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and talent strategy Lead and manage a global team of benefits and leave professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective execution of projects and programs Oversee the management of broker and vendor relationships globally, ensuring optimal service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and performance
Develop and implement global benefits and leave policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Direct the global annual renewal process, including the evaluation of proposed changes, budget negotiations, and smooth implementation of new plans Conduct global benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company's benefits package
Lead change management efforts for global benefits transitions and new program rollouts, ensuring effective communication and adoption Ensure benefits-related systems, including Workday, are effectively supporting global administration Collaborate with global stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and senior leadership, to evaluate, refine, and integrate benefits programs
Manage the global benefits budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability

You Have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 12+ years of progressive experience in benefits and leave management, with significant global experience 8+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, including global teams Proven ability to develop and implement global benefits strategies Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations and compliance requirements Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proficiency with HRIS systems, such as Workday, and Microsoft Excel and Google Suite Demonstrated ability to be flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative leader in a global environment Industry-specific certifications (e.g., CEBS, GPHR) preferred
