**The BlackRock Transformation Office:**
BlackRock Transformation Office (BTO) is a global group of change professionals that deliver strategic transformation to help make BlackRock greater than the sum of its parts. We drive delivery of the most complex and impactful transformational initiatives across the firm.

**Your role and impact:**
You will apply your knowledge and leadership to some of the firm’s most strategic, complex and high-valued projects. You will have the opportunity to drive scale, ensure consistency and reduce risk across the firm. This is not your traditional project management role; we are looking for world-class problem solvers who want to learn the details and be heavily involved in designing and implementing scalable solutions. We act as the “connective tissue” between the various lines of business by applying in-depth knowledge of BlackRock’s organization, processes and technology in order to execute change.
**Your Responsibilities**
+ Lead cross-functional teams and partner with business leaders to drive strategic projects from start to finish, including complex regulatory change mandates
+ Partner with firm leaders to simplify complex topics and translate strategic visions into action plans with a high probability of success
+ Develop subject matter expertise, deep diving with business partners to understand underlying business drivers and market & regulatory requirements underpinning strategic projects
+ Develop project objectives with measurable goals, drive consensus, and communicate plans, progress and results to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
+ Serve as a thought leader who champions innovative, client-first solutions to solve the firm’s most critical operating challenges
+ Proactively advise business partners on workflow improvements, thoughtfully challenging processes and procedures, to mitigate risks and continually enhance firm governance and controls
+ Maintain a working environment that reflects BlackRock’s culture and principles, and be a role model for the team and our stakeholders
+ Stay current on global market and technology trends impacting BlackRock
**Your Experience:**
+ 10+ years of work experience within financial services or consulting supporting capital markets or asset management clients
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work and build relationships with global, dispersed teams across multiple cultures and time zones
+ Excellent problem solving and project management skills covering project inception through execution, implementation, and closeout
+ Key domain knowledge areas include asset management industry experience, regulatory change, business analysis, product development lifecycle and/or technology
+ Leadership, management and team building excellence with demonstrated ability to manage a high-performing team and to attract, develop, and retain talent
+ Ability to provide independent judgment and to influence outcomes while forging strong, collaborative working relationships with business counterparts
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, matrixed business environment, and continually reprioritize to focus on key issues/topics
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$194,000.00 - USD$270,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

**Our hybrid work model**
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
