We strive to inspire people with stories rooted in sport, and help them do sport on a daily basis. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR** **?** The Creative Director for Women’s Training, is a critical leader in GC Womens’ Studio, Brand Creative. We’re looking for a great team leader who’s obsessed with consumers, with rich experience, strategic thinking and innovative creative solutions to shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic brands, by fueling the inspiration and innovation that makes athletes dream real. This leader sets creative direction and manage internal and external multidisciplinary squads of talents to execute the creative vision across all channels, in partnership with Global and Geo Leadership Teams. **WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON** **?** As the Creative Director for GC Women’s Training, you will develop and deliver the best in class creative work against brand and business priorities, including a mix of extensions against Global Directive and origination driven by local insights. You will lead a team of multi-disciplinary creatives across multiple projects, working closely with creative storytellers, designers, writers and producers to deliver well-crafted and innovative campaigns. You will drive creative excellence and collaboration across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that the team deliver holistic creative against the seasonal strategy. Be the guardrail to the brand standards. Responsibilities include Creative Strategy, Concept & Ideas, Brand Narrative & Art Direction and so for the distinctive brand storytelling at multiple channels. You are an experienced people manager and have the ability to coach multiple creatives and create opportunities for individual development, performance management, recognition and rewards. Fostering and leading innovative thinking, collaboration and teamwork across a diverse range of talent and teams. **WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?** You will be the primary partner to the GC Senior Director of Womens Studio & Brand Creative Leaderships. You will collaborate closely with Women’s Training Brand Management and the functional teams in Brand Marketing. Your role will be one of the most integral to our marketing offence, with an incredibly diverse set of stakeholders. Strong connections with Senior Leadership as well as global creative teams will be critical in the alignment of strategies and delivery of creative work. **WHAT YOU BRING** •Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or other relevant field •Experience: 10+ years of relevant brand creative, communication & marketing experience. •Ability to define and develop creative direction & concepts for projects with strategic thinking, sharp narrative and visual asethetics, while balancing artistic expression with business goals. •Understanding of sport, athletes and consumers with thoughtful insights. Passion for women’s sport and style. •Ability to articulate the compelling creative vision & concepts to diverse teams, leaders and various audiences internally & externally. •Experience of navigating through a matrix organiation, being collaborative with optimistic influence driven on brand standards. •Ability to drive through the end-to-end creative process with multiple projects. •Demonstrates the experience and knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns to guide the team for concept articulation & amplification in multiple channels. •Skillfully leads and maintains relationships with external partners: creative & design agencies, artists, photographers, producers, project managers and freelancers. Creatively directs and leads all aspects of work with external partners to ensure they are aligned to project expectations and brand standards. •Innovative and willing to explore the creative solutions & new ways of work with uncertainty. •Stay updated on industry trends and design developments to incorporate fresh ideas into projects.
