DESCRIPTION OF WORK This role represents a senior management position tasked with overseeing the operations of the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation within the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. The primary objective of this position is to further the mission, vision, and strategic goals of DCNR through close collaboration with the Executive Staff. The director plays a pivotal role in fostering statewide partnerships and engaging in landscape initiatives, including heritage areas, the Highlands Act, and land conservation collaborations. Work Schedule and Additional Information: + Full-time employment + Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. + Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per week.
