Let's shape the future together. **Overview** **Overview:** As Director, Business Analytics, you’ll be instrumental in enabling data-fueled business decisions for our clients and our team. This position serves to connect both data and dots, transforming insights into business recommendations that advance our clients’ mission. The Director, Business Analytics will support both internal stakeholders and external senior level clients in connecting business realities to operational decisions. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the development of client-facing analyses, drawing clear connections between business objectives and recommendations + Lead the development of reusable tools and repeatable analytical frameworks to foster industry and client business understanding, efficiently address routine business questions, proactively identify risks/opportunities and enable data-driven operational decisions + Direct stakeholders and external clients on the practical application of data to inform business decisions + Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen operational visibility and decisions through incremental or alternative data sources/capabilities + Support routine toolkit evaluations and business case development processes + Partner effectively across internal and external teams to develop and deploy solutions **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + 8+ years of experience leveraging data to drive business decisions + Demonstrated understanding of data management principles and best practices for designing repeatable analysis + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment + Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Power BI/Looker, Excel + Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
