Job Description:

The Business Planning Specialist will coordinate Fidelity Insurance Agency’s strategy development and business planning efforts. In partnership with members of the FIA Senior Leadership Team, this role will help evolve our mission and business objectives, align success metrics, and influence organizational priorities.

The Expertise You Have

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

5-7+ years of experience

Knowledge of the financial service industry, FIA, and Retail Investing business

Experience using data analytics and insights to influence work prioritization and achieve desired business results.

Consulting experience preferred, but not required

Highly analytical and data-driven approach to developing key insights and translating insights into action

Strong partnership and teamwork skills to develop and communicate strategic plans

Ability to develop effective visualizations for senior leadership presentations.

Demonstrate dedication to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client centric, fast paced environment

Highly organized, ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines

Defining, refining, and communicating the mission and impact of FIA to partners across Fidelity

Participating in FIA’s annual and multi-year planning processes

Planning and facilitating FILI’s Senior Leadership forums including staff meetings, offsites and client advisory board meetings

Coordinating FIA business reviews with Wealth Solutions Senior Leaders
