About the Role
We are currently seeking a Director of Product Management- Human Capital Solutions to join our team within Conduent’s Total Benefits Outsourcing Human Capital Solutions. As the Director, you will be responsible for supporting all stages of solution conception, launch, and management, focusing on Human Capital Solutions. You’ll help drive the strategy and execution of AI-powered products, collaborating closely with product managers, Conduent technologists, partner firms, and cross-functional stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key role in challenging the status quo and ensuring our product offerings meet market demands, regulatory requirements, and align with our client and business objectives.
Responsibilities
\n\n Supporting strategic vision and refinement and delivery of roadmap for multiple product offerings.\n Clearly articulating the business value of new products and defining products' target market.\n Coordinating improvements in the life cycle of products, including concept, specification, launch, adoption, and performance.\n Supporting customer research and engagement for gathering feedback and determining product requirements.\n Partnering with the Technology team to determine the technical strategy, architectural vision, and feasibility of the product design concept.\n Working closely with product marketing to implement innovative strategies that drive revenue growth and market penetration for new and existing products.\n Supporting and coordinating a prioritized roadmap of transformational initiatives from concept to design, prototype, testing, production launch, promotion, support, and product management.\n \n Championing a compelling vision and roadmap based on market analysis, user insights, and business strategy.\n Identifying and prioritizing use cases that deliver significant value and innovation for the Conduent Human Capital Solutions suite.\n Gathering feedback from users, customers, and internal stakeholders to iterate on product solutions and drive continuous improvement.\n \n Collaborating across functional teams to develop analytics, AI/automation, and efficiency enhancement strategies and technical solutions. Launching pilots, measuring results, and adapting accordingly.\n \n Guiding the development and iteration of AI tools to continuously enhance product capabilities and user experience.\n \n Coordinating with technology teams and partner firms to ensure timely delivery of transformational features and improvements.\n Engaging in a consultative and advisory role with client partners to identify innovative solutions to key client and business pain points.\n Anticipating internal and external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommending process, product, or service improvements.\n Impacting the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services; working within general functional policies and industry guidelines.\n Leading projects with notable risk and complexity; developing the strategy for project execution.\n Solving unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; requiring conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.\n Communicating complex ideas, anticipating potential objections, and persuading others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view.\n\nRequirements
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n 7+ years of product development and management experience, preferably with 3+ years in AI-driven products and data analytics.\n 5+ years of consulting or strategic planning experience.\n Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics principles.\n Proven track record of deploying and maintaining product innovations in commercial applications.\n Ability to engage in technical discussions with internal and external partners to integrate new tools with call center applications (e.g., case management, knowledge ware) and administration applications (e.g., digital platforms, recordkeeping, and transaction processing systems) to deliver key efficiency and service experience improvements.\n Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on products in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and customer value.\n Experience in building solutions with third-party partners.\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical.\n\nPreferred Qualifications
\n\n MBA or an advanced degree in a related field.\n Experience working with large Benefits Administration firms and serving Fortune 500 clients.\n Familiarity with enrollment, payroll, and other benefits technology platforms.\n Experience managing complex vendor relationships and product partnerships.\n Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.\n Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot).\n Experience integrating AI and analytics to garner better insights into customer service and operations, driving process improvements, cost reduction, and client satisfaction.\n\nFlexible Working:

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $160,500-$200,000.
