As part of our dynamic team, the Director, Business Product Management - Clinical Solutions will collaborate with colleagues to support all stages of solution stand-up, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical offerings.

About the Role:

\n

The Director, Business Product Management - Clinical Solutions will focus on clinical offerings within our Casualty Claims Solutions business, including nurse case management, utilization review, and loss reporting. Proficiency in bill review trends, compliance, and adjuster workflows in the commercial workers' compensation and first-party auto industry is essential.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n\n Manage a product roadmap from concept to product end-of-life, overseeing all stages including design, production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, and support.\n Deliver the operating plan, ensuring the achievement of growth objectives.\n Lead a team responsible for defining the roadmap and lifecycle of products across the business unit.\n Collaborate across business units on go-to-market strategies for products and services.\n Engage in a consultative and advisory role with client partners on technology-based solutions.\n\n

Requirements:

\n

To be successful in this role, you will:

\n\n Hold a bachelor's degree.\n Possess 7+ years of Product Management experience in the Workers' Compensation Industry.\n Have experience conducting high-level client meetings.\n Demonstrate success in building solutions.\n Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n Flexible Working\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $125,000-$175,000
