Director, Business Support Services - Transformation

This role requires close collaboration with various teams, leaders and stakeholders, to drive strategic initiatives and implement transformational changes for people, process and technology with companywide initiatives. This role will be responsible for clearly articulating, communicating and outlining best practice, identifying gaps and areas of improvement through use of roadmaps, timelines, and analytics. This role requires quickly and efficiently pivoting from project to project, identifying risk and mitigation, communicating effectively and transparently with leadership, making educated decisions quickly and outlining the ‘why’ behind those decisions. This role will leverage best practice to address business needs from a holistic view and create projects that can be executed and implemented in accordance with the vision and strategy of QTS exceeding project timelines and delivery dates. **RESPONSIBILITIES,** other duties may be assigned. + Develop and implement the overall strategic direction for the company, aligning with the long-term initiatives, goals, and objectives. + Lead the strategic planning process, including conducting industry analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing risks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformational changes, ensuring efficient and effective implementation. + Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments as required. + Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. + Provide guidance and support to the team in developing business cases, projects, analytics, and plans to support strategic initiatives. + Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving the company's growth and competitiveness. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. + 10+ years of experience in strategy development, transformation, or related roles. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. + Proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects. + Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES** + Change Agent - Excited about change, drives business process improvement and technology expansion within the business.
