**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
**What is the purpose of this position?**
The Director of Business Transformation will work directly with senior leadership team and be responsible for leading cross functional work streams, shepherding holistic transformative projects. The Director will work across the entire organization ensuring key projects are driven towards completion. This person will also be tasked with “rolling up their sleeves”, demonstrating a willingness to go from 10,000 feet to “in the weeds”. Finally, Director will work hand in hand with key stakeholders and their teams to provide insight and accelerate various initiatives as needed.

+ Lead and manage cross-functional transformation initiatives from ideation through operationalization, honoring commitments for timeliness, quality, budget, business outcomes, and ensuring that SMEs are involved in the process
+ Create and implement change strategies and plans in a collaborative way that enhance stakeholder adoption and minimizes resistance to ensure success
+ Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the results of transformation efforts and track the company's progress toward its goals
+ Foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning to enable the organization to stay ahead of industry trends and customer requirements
+ Identify and implement best practices, creative solutions, and industry benchmarks to establish world-class business operations
+ Analyze complex business problems, business cases and organizational issues and deliver recommendations for business challenges
+ Develop plans to manage end-to-end activities, success criteria, roadmap, milestones, teaming, and deliverables
+ Proactively mitigate risks, issues and obstacles raised by stakeholders, ensure action items are clearly defined, assigned to owners, and driven to resolution on time
+ Constantly challenge the status quo by performing retrospectives, guiding improvements, and sharing best practices
+ Utilize a flexible and adaptable approach toward action that is aligned with the current and desired business state. Engage, teach, and influence others to ensure they are receiving maximum value from the Business Transformation role
+ Inspire all team members through a combination of hands-on work and guidance to achieve ever increasing levels of process optimization that drives successful results
**Core Competences:**
**Track record of success** – The candidates should have 3-4 years of post-MBA experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
**Project Management-style leader –** The ability to prioritize many initiatives, lead works streams, and track the progression of the projects simultaneously. The ability to pivot quickly as demands change in real-time and the ability to adjust workflows to reflect practical time constraints.
**Structured and Logical Thinker** – The ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form a hypothesis against which to run test analyses as well as the ability to present complex concepts/ideas in concise, easy-to-understand terms is critical.
**Team Player –** Excellent teamwork dynamics are critical. The ideal candidate will show high levels of empathy, strong communication skills and an appetite for feedback. The ability to work both individually and manage/ lead team projects and team members across business units, with a bias towards speed and action.
**Problem Solver –** Outside the box thinker who can help teams solve complex problems with unique and innovated solutions leveraging cross-functional experiences and expertise
