This role is critical to fostering a data-driven culture and ensuring that business decisions are informed by insights derived from data. **Responsibilities** **What You'll Do:** + Lead the development and execution of a business transformation strategy that incorporates advanced analytics and fosters a data-driven culture. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, data, and operations) to identify and execute opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and efficiency. + Champion the use of analytical tools and methodologies, empowering teams to make data-informed decisions. + Create and implement training programs that enhance data literacy and enable teams to utilize analytics effectively. + Oversee the adoption and in partnership with the Enterprise Data team help optimization of business intelligence platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools, ensuring actionable insights are available to key stakeholders. + Partner with IT and Data teams to help lead data governance, which will result in data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility across all business systems. + Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of data-driven initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business transformation and analytics to continually improve the organization’s approach. **Qualifications** **More About You:** **Required/Preferred:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. + 7+ years of experience in a business transformation, analytics, or similar role, with a proven track record of driving change and delivering measurable business results. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. + Expertise in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, SQL) and experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide analytics strategies. + Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. **Other requirements:** + This role is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check. **Important Notes:** Please be aware that Audacy will **never** ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
