About the role:
This senior level management level role leads daily card solutions activities with global payment brands and drives growth initiatives with each global payment brand.
About the team:
The Card Solutions Business Administration team is responsible for ensuring FIS Card Solutions optimizes is business partnerships and opportunities. Our team maximizes key partnerships with Global Payment brands, FIS team members and FIS Card Solutions clients through the comprehension and effective communication of complex Card Processing concepts and business elements. We develop business solutions that make payment ecosystem elements easy for our clients and teammates to understand and manage.
What you will be doing:
Directs the organization to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals within the division/business unit in support of the company’s overall financial and strategic objectives.Establishes budgets, short- and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress and measuring success.Administers the organization’s policies through subordinate managers and directs and coordinates activities of more than one department, such as engineering, operations, information technology, accounting and finance.Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the division/business unit.Establishes collaboration and coordinates activities among FIS and global payment brand team members to exceed FIS and mutually beneficial goals.What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 5-7 years of payments experience
• Demonstrated relationship building and partnering skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
