The Controller leads a team of finance professionals to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial results, which are utilized for statutory, regulatory, subsidiary, and management reporting for these business units. The Controllers is responsible for month-end and quarter-end tasks, including financial analysis and reporting, subsidiary board reporting, and addressing ad hoc queries and investigations. As a trusted advisor and stakeholder on strategic finance projects and business initiatives, the Controller drives operational excellence and continuous improvements while collaborating closely with broader finance team and cross-functional groups. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
