*Registered Nurse or advanced license highly desired Summary: Responsible for the operation of the Cancer Center. He/She assesses the needs of the service and develops strategies and systems to meet those needs. He/She works with physicians, administrators, educators, consumers, and others to meet the goals of the Cancer Center. He/She creates a culture that is responsive to patients and their families. Education: Bachelor's Degree in related health care related field. Masters preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years clinical and management experience in a health care related field. Experience in budget management and financial reporting. Possess leadership abilities and be knowledgeable and skillful in communicating and effecting change for multiple areas of responsibility.
