Position Number: 001374 Department: Counseling & Health Serv (Adm) Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time Months Per Year: 12 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To serve as a member of the Health and Wellbeing’s leadership team, providing expertise in service delivery, policy and administration from an integrated care model. The CIC Director will join an interdependent team of departmental directors (counseling, psychological services, student health, wellness promotion and university recreation) and will shepherd a small, yet dynamic team strategically positioned to provide student-centered care, grounded in social work clinical case management standards. Minimum Experience / Education: + A Master of Social Work degree; + At least four years of professional experience post-licensure; + Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and awareness regarding university health and wellbeing initiatives; + Demonstrated expertise in case management, supervision, and related administrative functions. Preferred Education Skills and Experience: + At least five years of experience in collegiate wellbeing, with evidence of increasing amounts of administrative and supervisory responsibility; + Experience, expertise, and/or interest in delivering case management services and coordinating health and wellbeing services within the campus and broader community; + Prior experience in college/ university wellbeing or with college-aged clinical populations; + Prior clinical experience using a brief therapy model or solution focused assessment; and + Demonstrated experience and/or familiarity with collegiate counseling and psychotherapy models of student care
