Job Summary

The Director of Centralization oversees and optimizes the Centralized Services Department to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accuracy across the organization. This role involves building a centralized structure for financial and operational processes, improving operational workflows, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance and scalability. The Director collaborates with internal stakeholders, develops best practices, and ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Your Impact and Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement a centralization strategy for operations to drive efficiency and cost savings with alignment towards ROI goals. Align departmental initiatives with organizational objectives and foster cross-functional collaboration to strategize towards the expansion of department objectives. Analyze and Standardize central processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all business units. Introduce and oversee the implementation of automation tools and technology to streamline operations. Lead and mentor a team of Centralized professionals, providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team. Provide accurate and timely operational and financial reporting and insights to senior leadership. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all Centralized matters and reporting. Serves as key point of contact for department collaboration, working closely with Operations, IT and Learning and Development to ensure operational foundations are in place and rolled out effectively. Develop strategies for forecasting, outreach, and alignment across the verticals.

What You’ll Bring- Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or equivalent work experience Minimum of five (5) years, preferably seven (7) years, of experience in multifamily operations in a key management role Minimum of three (3) years, preferably five (5) years, of management experience  Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize Proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Excel and Word Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances Excellent verbal and written communication skills Travel may be required up 25%

The typical base salary hiring range for this role is $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year, plus bonus program participation. 

The pay range is a base pay only and does not include any additional compensation or bonuses that this position may be eligible for. The pay range is approximate and the actual pay may vary depending on related work experience, certifications, education, and other job related factors.
